hacer un sofrito de carne i tomate, pimiento, cebolla.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Por separado cortar 6 berenjenas a rodajas un poco gruesas, sazonarlas, enharinarlas y freirlas en aceite.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Disponer en una cazuela el picadillo una capa de berenjenas otro de picadillo y así hata terminar con todo, preferiblemente la última capa de berenjenas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hacemos, aparte por quien quiera, una bechamel líquida y con ella cubrimos la Moussaka, la espolvoreamos queso rallado y la ponemos a gratinar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Receta obtenida del libro, trozos medianos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Pimiento rojo y verde en trozos medianos. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Salsa de tomate.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cebolla en trozos medianos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Aceite de oliva virgen extra.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;4 huevos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Leche &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Champiñones&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Rebanadas de pan de molde.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Freimos las verduras en aceite poco a poco y que quede bien pochada.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Hervimos los huevos y los cortamos en rodajas. A parte hacemos un bechamel y le añadimos los champiñones frito y trituramos &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;forramos un molde con papel film. Hacemos una primera capa de pan, los huevos cortados en rodajas, y la verdura. Otra capa de pan los huevos y la verdura. Termimamos con una capa de pan . A la nevera por uns horas. Máxima 5 segundos, abrir añadir la ralladura de limón y volver a pulverizar a vl  máxima 20 segundos, parar y añadir el zumo, la mantequilla y los huevos, batir unos segundos y programar 10 min. 80º velocidad 2 .Abrimos la thermomix, removemos para comprobar la consistencia y programamos 3 minutos más,…si vemos que todavía no esta todo lo espesa que nos gustaría dejarla unos minutos mas….cuando enfría gana en espesor.Introducir en tarros herméticos y poner bocabajo hasta que se enfríen, de esta forman hacen el vacio y se conservan en la nevera hasta 1 mes. Hoy tenia los ingredientes y las he hecho.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Necesitamos:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 sobre de Obleas. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Queso Brie.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 huevo, y un poco de mantequilla.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cojemos una oblea y envolvemos con ella un trozo de queso, lo sellamos bien con un poco de mantequilla y lo pintamos con el huevo. Espero que os gusten, son muy fáciles de hacer.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;1 sobre de gelatina neutra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;1 sobre de gelatina de sabores ( yo le puse de fresa)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;200 cc de agua. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;200 gms de azucar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ponemos el agua y el azucar en un cazo a fuego lento, cuando empiezen a salir burbujitas ponemos la gelatina neutra, damos unas vueltas y ponemos la gelatina de sabor. Con una cuchara de madera damos unas vueltas para que se disuelva todo. Lo pasamos a un bol y esperamos que se enfrie a temperatura ambiente. Cuando este frio lo montamos como si fuera nata.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cojemos una bandeja y la espolvoreamos de azucar glas ( yo lo he hecho triturando azucar en el molinillo de cafe) y lo dejamos unas horas. Despues con un cuchillo o un corta pastas vamos cortando las piezas y las ponemos en un plato. Tenian que ser como unos bollos suizos esponjosos y a mi me salieron como galletas. La receta es de &lt;a href="http://chocolateypimienta.blogspot.com/"&gt;Elena chocolateypimienta&lt;/a&gt;, para las que todavia no lo habeis probado, no tardeis , es facil y riquisimo.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;De postre unas ricas y dulces fresas solo con azucar. el pinche de cocina ha sido mi hijo pequeño Sergi, le encanta ayudar y ya ha preparado alguna cosa solo, las ha cortado con el "nicerdicer" .&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Es un aparato para cortar que anuncian por televisión, pero yo lo compre en los chinos y solo me ha costado 8 euros. La panificadora cada vez me convenze mas, ya he probado de hacer pan dulce y muy bien no voy a comprar mas "pan bimbo". Yo ya tengo la mia, ahora a probar como va. Dejamos enfriar y a comer.
